Who we are

Elite Trenchers (“we”) publishes free educational content about meme coin trading and links to a paid course sold through Udemy. Questions about this policy or your information: [CONTACT EMAIL].

What we collect

Your email address, if you enter it in a form on this site. We use it to send you the emails you asked for and occasional related emails about the course.

Information collected automatically when you visit: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, which link or ad brought you here (including tracking codes added to the link), and which buttons you click, such as the button that takes you to Udemy.

What we do not collect: payment details, wallet addresses, your crypto holdings, or anything about your finances. Checkout happens on Udemy, and we never see your payment information.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which places cookies on your browser and sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view, that you signed up, and that you clicked through to Udemy. We use this to measure which of our ads bring people here and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. Our host also keeps ordinary server logs.

When you sign up, we save a short-lived flag in your browser so the signup is counted once. It is cleared when you close the tab.

How we use your information

To send the emails you asked for, to understand and improve this site and our ads, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your email address.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email service (Resend, which sends our emails and stores the addresses on our behalf), and Meta, through the Pixel described above. We may also share information if the law requires it. When you go to Udemy, Udemy's own privacy policy applies to what you do there.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will stop emailing you promptly. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising. Residents of California and some other US states have these rights by law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may need to confirm it is you first. You can also turn off ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website is completely secure. If we change this policy we will update the date above, and if the changes are significant we will say so on this page.
